Information you provide
Some information is required to create an account on our Services, such as your name, email address, password, date of birth, gender, height and weight. This is the only information needed to create an account with us!

If you purchase 2ME merchandise on our website, you provide your payment information, including your name, credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. We do not store this payment information. We store your shipping address to fulfill your order. Note that third-party payment processors may retain this information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
Information your device provides
Your device collects data to estimate metrics such as the number of steps you take, calories burned, and active minutes. When your device syncs with our applications or software, data recorded on your device is transferred from your device to our servers.
Usage information
When you access or use our Services, we receive certain usage data. For instance, we store the last time you synced your device, because that might help us in case of issues with the use of our Services (malfunctioning of application or of the device). For the same reason, in case you use a mobile app to sync your device, we store information about the operating system in use.

Automatically on your next visit Cookies help to match the content of our sites more to your interests or to store your password or code so you do not need to provide it every time. Data deletion
Data is stored for as long as you decide to keep performing your contract with us. However, if your data is unused (no updates and/or logins) over the past 24 months, your data will be automatically deleted, including your email and password to log into the system.

Using the information, we collect, we are able to deliver the Services to you. For example, we need to use your information to provide you with your Activ8 dashboard tracking of your activity, energy expenditure and other trends but also to give you customer support. We may use this information also to improve our services, solve bugs and other issues.

We do not share your personal information with anybody but you, except in the limited circumstances described below.
When we are providing out clinical studies service
In the clinical applications and use of our Services, your information is shared with physicians and clinicians in order to perform an evaluation of your “Fitness and Wellness Data”. Please keep in mind that you can ask to erase your data any time, in that case nobody will ever be able to see your data again.
When you agree or ask us to share
You may direct us to disclose your information to others, such as when you use our community features like the training groups. Just remember that if you choose to participate in a group, information like your posted messages, total steps in the challenge, group statistics, and achievements will be visible to all other group participants.
Fore legal reasons or to prevent harm
We may preserve or disclose information about you to comply with a laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests; to assert legal rights or defend against legal claims; or to prevent, detect, or investigate illegal activity, fraud, abuse, violations of our terms, or threats to the security of the Services or the physical safety of any person.
